I played around with the Holgaroid again today. I am still trying to get the hang of it. The photos tend to come out underexposed. And I’m really not sure about that crazy vignette. I still want to play around with image transfer, though. That is the whole reason why I got it.
The theme for this week’s photo challenge is unfocused. I’m gonna go ahead and throw this one in the ring. Sort of unintentional but there you go.
I bought a Yashica Mat tlr camera yesterday from KEH.com, as was suggested by a couple of you. Thank you SO MUCH for your input and suggestions! I feel confident buying online from them, so thank you. I am SO EXCITED to play with it!

Excellent choice! In case you’re not familiar, when you have the top hood open on your TLR to compose your shot, you can press on the outside of the lid to flip open a small magnifying glass. It’s a focus aid. Very useful.
Here’s a challenge for you. Use your new camera and get a beautiful shot of bokeh. That’ll be your ‘unfocused’ challenge. And we’ll see what those lenses can do.
