I just lost a friend to cancer a few days ago. As i said on Facebook, he was one of those individuals who randomly steps into your life and becomes an instant role model. People who make their mark on your life. I will miss him, and others. I understand how heavy your heart can get. All i know is, I keep them in my thoughts and look to them for inspiration all the time.
I am so, so sorry for your loss. I know that hole very well. I feel it right now. Every once in awhile I am reminded of it. It hurts. I wish I understood why we have to endure the pain of losing those that we love. It is so incredibly painful. But we do. It is a lesson we all have to go through. Thanks for sharing that with me. I’ll be sending you good thoughts too.
[...] There I said it. I admitted it. I found out a couple of weeks ago that my uncle (the one with the sweet ride) has lung cancer. He is not a candidate for chemotherapy so all that can be done is to wait. God [...]
