A book EVERYONE should read before the next election: Bushwacked: life in George W. Bush’s America by Molly Ivins and Lou Dubose. Here are some things that I learned from reading this book:
1.Don’t each lunch meat or processed meat while a Republican is in the white house.
2.Republicans in general, and Bush especially, don’t give a rat’s a** about the environment. For example, acconding to the authors, the Superfund program no longer has any money to fund the clean up of toxic waste sites.
3. The goal of Republicans is to create government by business for business -Big business that is. They do not care about people. My question is: why are there middle class people voting Republican? What does that party do for you?
