If not, get thee to Netflix and put this baby on your queue. It will make you very angry, as Fox news has a tendancy to do. I don’t have cable and don’t watch cable news, and, therefore, am sheltered from this bane on society. However, Fox news rears it’s ugly head in my life in various ways. Like, when I have arguments with people who *do* watch Fox news. (There was a really funny opinion piece in the Des Moines Register a few weeks back that kind of describes the “Fox effect” on people you may know 🙂 ) This documentary really shows the insidiousness of this network. They have an obvious, right-wing, agenda that they push (that’s obvious, though). Even worse, they mold thier daily news to meet thier agenda, regardless of what is happening in the rest of the world. According to the documentary, Murdoch sends out daily briefs that tell the journalists how to frame the news for the day. This isn’t journalism! I don’t know what this is. It’s the fake news, maybe? And much worse.
You know what I would love to see? I would *love* to see Fox news go down in flames. I would love to see all of these horrible, hate mongering hosts on Fox news just go down hard. I think this is happening to Coulter. Not a Fox news person (as far as I know), but soooooo good nonetheless. Savage needs to just go away, too. On savagestupidity.com they are starting a boycot campaign against Savage. I am going to print out the letter on this page, sign it and send it to the local station that carries this jerk and send it to all of thier advertisers.
Anyway, back to the subject at hand. This movie is recomended. If you watch Fox news you will not like it, though. And they kind of rag on conservatives, too. So keep that in mind if you watch it. But if you do watch Fox news, you should watch it so you can see what this “news” channel is all about. They are feeding you thier agenda. And you should be insulted by that.

We bought two videos, one for us and one to share with the right wingers locally. It’s pretty much enrages them, then comes the long loud whine about how it’s unfair, blah, blah. It was worth the investment that’s for sure. When it first came out I checked NetFlix to see if they had it, just so I could rate it.
