We drove to the top of Mt. Spokane and hiked around up there yesterday. Here is a shot of the view from where we were. We are looking out over the Washington State scablands (I think).

When we go on these hikes and climb to the top of a peak, we expect to see the Pacfic Ocean 😦 .
