Yahoo! News – Sept. 11 Families Outraged by Bush Campaign Ad
I think this quote says it all (from the article):
“What I think is distastful is that the president is trying to use 9/11 as a springboard for his reelection.”
Yep.
Foolish gibberish

I don’t think he is using this as a campain strategy at all. I think we should keep remembering 9/11. The threat of terrorism should be always be in our thoughts. We live in a very different world now and we can’t forget or ignore this fact.

I don’t think anyone will ever forget 9/11. I think it’s a falacy to think that just because someone is against Bush then we are forgeting 9/11. I think it was very, very wrong for Bush to tell them American Public days after 9/11 that one is either for him or against him when it comes to fighting terrorism. I think about 9/11 every single day of my life. It was a horrible event. And Bush has totally exploited it.
Don’t you think we have always thought about terrorism? When I say “we” I mean the government. I know that there are certain mainstream media personalities who will brainwash the public into thinking Bush is the first president who ever did anything about Terrorism. That is a total lie. And I know, I work in a government document depository. I get the senate hearings and I read them. I know what our government is doing. Clinton did more to combat terrorism than anyone cares to think. The Department of Homeland Security was his idea. He came to Bush with the idea in the first weeks of his presidency and Bush shrugged him off. 9/11 should have NEVER HAPPENED on Bush’s watch. I believe he could have prevented it. Do you know how many terrorist attacks Clinton prvented? Do you know that there was a massive attack planned for new years eve 2000 that was totally thwarted? Bush is not the first president that has thought about terrorism, but he is using it to maniputlate people, making them live in fear so that we will feel we have to trust him. Invoking 9/11 in his political ads is a good example of that.
