Daffodil Lane: Bush on the environment!
I’ve got to say, I had to pick my jaw off the floor after listening to this. Bush is a good steward of the land like Kenneth Lay is a good steward of money. Ugh!
Seriously, though, Kerry, again, kicked Bush’s ass. Admittedly, Bush seemed much more relaxed during this debate. He definately favored this forum. But Kerry really did a better job.
Bush really scares the hell out of me. His answer to the “abortion” question was frightening. He obviously doesn’t plan to support a woman’s right to choose, and that is wrong. I think Kerry’s answer to that question was fantastic. More on this topic tommorrow.
I am watching the local news right now and they are interviewing people in Oakland on responses to the debate. One guy just said, “I was going to vote for Bush but now I’m considering voting for Kerry.” WooHoo! That makes my day 😛

I’m somewhat embarrassed to admit this, but I watched the Missouri debate again…I’m not sure why except that I was trying to find some reason why anybody would vote for GW. I have read and heard a lot of spin about how this debate was a draw, and I can only scratch my head and wonder how anybody could consider it a draw. Kerry was so much more articulate and centered on the issues…It is obvious that there is something under the surface that has people admitting to supporting bush. It is obvious that our Country has slid deeply into a hole when we have a President who proves over and over again to be inarticulate, self-centered, and oh so angry at anyone who would question his lack of judgement. The poor lady who asked him about his 3 mistakes, I thought that he was going to take her head off. But, he showed his cards once again, come along for the ride and agree with me or kiss my ass. I prefer to do neither.

Don’t be embarrased! I will probably watch it again. I watched the first debate twice. So, I’m the bigger nerd than you are :lol:. I don’t understand why, after watching both debates, anyone would still vote for Bush. Your right, he is an idiot. He is embarrassingly inarticulate. He has no plan to fix the mess we are in. He is scarily fundamentalist. He doesn’t give a rats ass about the people of the Country in which he serves. He only cares about following his fundamentalist ideology. oh, heck, I might as well just write a post about this.
