Viva Bush?

There’s been something I’ve been itching to bitch about…So why not a Friday afternoon? Am I the only one who is bothered by the slogan for the Bush re-election campaign?

I remember seeing these signs scattered among audience members durning the RNC and was annoyed by them, along with thier cult-like chant of “four more years”. Then I saw a table in the Santa Clara University Mission cafe with a “viva Bush” sign pasted to the front, with two lonely girls sitting at the table, waiting to sign repubs up to vote (fat chance at this school).

This slogan irritates me…It just is so cultish. It’s creepy. Viva Bush….Ugh. God forbid.

I think, however, that it pretty much sums up the neocon base that supports Bush. These people are blind followers. They must be. It’s the only thing that explains thier decision to back such an evil administration.

    Funny – I see Kerry as evil. I do not blindly follow Bush, but I fear you may blindly follow the flip floppper.

    I’m sorry, but I don’t blindly follow anybody. I use my brain and think about issues logically, and I have come to the conclusion that Kerry is the better person for the job. The fact that you are voting Bush shows that you are blindly following him. After watching the news (not Fox news), and seeing with your own eyes how this man has lied to our country, how can you still vote for him? UNLESS you are an unthinking drone who is following him blindly? There is no WMD, that is the reason we went into Iraq. There is no Iraq/Al Quaeda connection, that is why we went into Iraq. Dude, there are thousands of Innocent people dying in Iraq, INCLUDING CHILDREN, because of Bush misleading us into this war. How can you vote for someone like that? The only explanation is that you are a brainwashed drone. The fact that you use the term “flip-flop” to describe Kerry only confirms my suspicions. You have been brainwashed by Fox News and the rest of the media to think of Kerry and then think “flip-flopper”. And you are so pitiful that you can’t even see it. Why on earth would you see Kerry as evil? There is nothing evil at all about that man…You’re truly nuts to think that about him. You have been brainwashed to think that about him because of Bush’s fear mongering. You are a fricken blind follower. If you take the blinders off of your eyes you will see that Bush is the biggest “flip-flopper” of them all. He really is. He tries to talk a good talk, but say somethng is so doesn’t make it so.

    People like you make me sick. You don’t think for yourself. You take what the pundits are telling you to be the truth. For some reason, you have to be told what to think. You short post above confirms everything I believe about neocons and thier cult-like following of the Bush admin. You better check yourself. You are going to vote this country into more trouble.
