I think I need a little break from all of the mayhem.

1. The Circus Animals. The Ocean Blue.
   
   This album reminds me of living in New York, way back, too many years ago.
2. Triple Trouble. Beastie Boys.
   
   Huh. speaking of New York…
3. Wiseblood. King Swamp. It’s Post Modern.
   I can’t even find this album on Amazon. It this compilation CD I bought, God, about 11 years ago? I don’t even remember where I got it. Probably at Streetlight or some other used record store.
4. Happy Jack. the Who.
   
   A good song to play today. “they couldn’t prevent Jack from being happy.”
5. Long day in the Universe. The Darling Buds.
   
6. Flipside. Everything but the Girl.
   
7. Fortunate Son. Creedence Clearwater Revival.
   
8. Squealer. AC/DC.
   
9. Don’t Stop. Fleetwood Mac.
   
10. “Berceuse” from “the Firebird Suite”. Lori Singer.
    
    Ah, the Short Cuts soundtrack. This is probably my favorite of the motion picture soundtrack albums that I have. Depressing way to end this, tho.

Well..there you go.

I love doing these Friday Random 10s. I always get a song that I haven’t heard in a long time that reminds of of something from the past. or the present. Today’s mix was a good example of that.
