Well, we had our inspection and the house came out fairly okay. There are some electrical issues that we are going to ask her to fix before we move in. Will keep you posted.

This whole thing has gotten me so stressed out. It’s so bad that I’m having panic attacks in my dreams. ugh.

Well avoid the panic attacks and make sure you force the issue. We bought a brand new house and the builder had an entire construction crew at his disposal and managed to do only a handful of the things on our must have done list. Hell the moron didn’t even have the phone line into my house installed. I was trouble shooting the problem with the phone company with my cell phone when they told me to check their box to see if it was damaged and I got out there and realized that the problem was it wasn’t there! The entire house was wired for phones, but they never bothered to finish that last step that hooks them into the phone company’s lines. It was one of about 5 problems like that, that I found the hard way after they turned the house over to us. And I’ve worked on house with my dad for the better part of my life, I just had a failure of imagination to predict all the ways they would try to screw me over. So remember buyer beware is the rule of the day.

oh my gosh! I can’t believe the incompentance! ugh!

yeah, we are definately going to make sure she fixes the electrical issues before we move in. I don’t want to get in there and have the power go out or worse. I guess that’s why we spent all of this money on an inspection…
