Exhaling can now commence

Okay. We closed. we signed all of the paperwork this morning at 8:00AM. We don’t have they keys yet. we will get those tommorrow.

Would you believe that our realtor didn’t show up for the closing? Isn’t it customary for them to show up? And he is making us go down to his office to pick up the key. Isn’t it customary for him to give us the key at the house?

    And by help I mean in ho to deal with people he is making money off of! His customer service skills are horrible!

    Our realtor was there for our closing. As much money as they are making, you would think that they would have more professionalism.
