    Cool tree,
    Have you ever tried Canarian potatoes and mojo sauce. The way they cook spuds in the Canaries is something a bit special. cooked for hours but still rock hard and almost but not quite inedible so they add MOjo sauce which in its own way is also a bit horrible.
