Mt Jefferson from a dried creek-bed on Mt. Hood.

Another from the negatives I scanned last weekend. This is Tri-x taken with the Yashica Mat. (still love the tri-x/Yashica Mat combo very much).

I took this around the end of September/first of October. So around a month ago.

I am living near the mountains of Western North Carolina … the Blue Ridge Mountains. Love it here. I notice your gravatar image is set in Paris. Where was the photo taken? I love Paris and have posted several pieces on it. I think your photo is inspiring me to post an image from Paris (the river Seine) for my “A Rewind” series. Be on the look out for it later.

oh awesome!! I will look for it! I visited Paris in September for the first time and fell in love with it. I am wanting to go back next year. We were only there for four days which, as you probably know, is not nearly enough time. The photo in my avatar was taken on Notre Dame, the level where the gargoyles are.
