How fun! Okay, here it goes:
January 1st 2006: “Okay, as I mentioned yesterday, I wanted to post my goals for 2006 today.” I like to just get down to business.
Feburary 1st, 2006: “It’s interesting to find out that Cindy Sheehan was invited to the SOTU address by US Representative Lynn Woolsey (D-Petaluma). She (Woolsey) had this to say:”. This was commentary on Cindy Sheehan’s arrest for, basically, wearing a t-shirt.
March 5th 2006: “I apologize for my absence the past week. This past week has been crazy. First of all, I’ve been sick with the flu. Then, when I came into work on Monday and Tuesday I had to train the person taking over my job, then the rest of the week I had to get used to working at a new library.” This was the week that I was transferred to the library that I work at now. It was a crazy week.
April 4th 2006: “Now this is interesting:” Commentary on scientific explanation for Jesus walking on water.
May 1st 2006: “The bridge that serves no purpose at Cannon Hill Park.” A photograph.
June 6th 2006: “I can’t believe we are here. AGAIN.” Commentary on the neocon’s desire to create a Constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage. ugh!
July 1st 2006: “Sorry for the lack of posts this week. I’ve been so busy at work lately. We are in the throes of the Summer Reading Program.”
August 1st, 2006: “I’ve been kind of in a fog, blogwise, the past few days. Just haven’t had any motivation to post. Or maybe it’s time. I don’t know. It’s summer and I am enjoying the outdoors at the moment.”
September 1st, 2006: “We got back last night from our trip to the Washington Coast. I posted the pictures from our trip on my Flickr page if you would like to see them. We had a wonderful time! No rain! It did get a bit cold Thursday night while we were camping but nothing that a nice, cozy wool sweater didn’t cure.”
