Sorry I was shot

Yeah, I BET he’s sorry:

THE Texas lawyer shot by Vice-President Dick Cheney says he’s sorry and he feels lucky.

Despite being hit with up to 200 pieces of buckshot, Harry Whittington says he feels sorry for the man who shot him.

Oy. I don’t know what to think. On the one hand, the guy seems like a wonderful human being for forgiving Cheney for shooting him in the face. But on the other hand, he shouldn’t have to apologize FOR GETTING SHOT.. Right? Or am I just nuts? sigh.

    No I thought it was crazy too. He was SHOT!! He shouldn’t apologize, Cheney should!!

    Um…I’m sure the resulting heart attack was a barrel of laughs too. He should have apologized for not having a stronger heart and being able to take 200 pellets of metal to the face and chest. Whatta wimp.
