I have joined a Readalong called The Newberry Project. All of us in the group are going to read through all of the Newberry books. Since I’m already doing this I thought it would be perfect! If you are interested in joining check it out here:

  1. I love The Tale of Despereaux. I’ve read it aloud to second graders and they also adore it. Right now I’m reading Because of Winn-Dixie to my class (by the same author). This is a great project; I might just join the readalong!
