This is what I knit last week while in San Jose. I bought the yarn and beads at A Grand Yarn on the Saturday before we left. It’s a really easy and fun project. The whole thing is knit in garter stitch and you knit the two halves and sew them together at the end. I was stupid about stringing the beads for the first half. I strung each bead by hand and it took hours! For the second half I followed the directions and strung them by tying the string that they were on to the yarn and then moving them from the string to the yarn.
