I am a Children’s Librarian living in the Portland, Oregon area. When I am not Children’s Librianing I like to play with cameras and film. I also like playing the ukulele, knitting, sketching, and hiking.

When we were down in San Jose, we went for our favorite hike at Rancho Del Oso. As we hiked along we entered this little area where everything was completely covered with green moss. It felt like I was in some kind of fairy land or something. It was so pretty! I’m not entirely sure what kind of trees these are. I think they are Coast Live Oak?

    Very Midsummer Nights Dream… 🙂

    I would have been secretly wishing for fairy wings and probably would have wanted to dance around a little.
