Bought some alligator jerky at this weird little jerky stand on the Sunset Highway on Monday. I finally got the courage to try it last night. I took one bite and couldn’t do it. The thought of eating alligator jerky fucking freaks me out for some reason.

I’m sure if you went back and tried it again you would love it . Just pretend not to know what it is. Have you ever had beef tongue? That takes a lot to get past. I have never had alligator ,mainly because I refuse pay extra for it. My suggestion is to get back on that horse and ride.

It’s supposed to taste just like chicken and chicken jerky (that I give to my dogs) does not sound appatizing at all. All in all though I’m a big fan of the jerky.
