A black and white self portrait I took when I was a nanny in Menlo Park, CA. I am in the fabulous house that I lived in, sitting on the fab couch. Those were the days. I don’t think I realized how good I had it at the time.
For a time I tried to get back into photography and I bought some black and white film to play with. I think I was trying to finish off a roll of film with this photo. I don’t have any of the other photos from this roll. I wish I could remember which film I used.
I can’t recall exactly when this was taken. I was probably 25 or 26. So 1994 or 1995.
I am enjoying looking at these old photos.
