I have been involved in the Ford Institute Leadership Program, through the Ford Family Foundation. The goal of the program is to train members of various rural communities in Oregon in leadership skills. Through the training and workshops we choose a project in the community as a group and we have to complete the project in a year.

This has been an amazing experience for me. I have met some really awesome people in the community and I am so excited to work with them on our chosen project. I will probably blog more about it as time goes on.

This past weekend was our last training weekend. I made a silly video. It is truly a hideous video. But it was fun to make. The memories are not hideous though. The memories I will cherish, truly. I am totally pumped about working with these guys.
