Today as I was getting ready for work I looked in the mirror at myself and, for the first time in my life, I admired my soft, womanly curves. It was nice to look at myself and not be critical.
Thank you so much for that. You’re very kind. I’m well. Yoga saves me. I’m not religious in any way, but yoga gives me spirituality. I’m happy you wrote what you did today. We all need more acceptance in our lives. Acceptance of ourselves, first and foremost. And acceptance of others. Tolerance can be extremely powerful and fulfilling. Keep it coming, Moni. 🙂
So good to hear that you are doing well! love yoga too. I am not religious either. Definitely spiritual though. Meditation and yoga both keep me sane. 🙂
Yay!

I do too! This morning I looked at myself objectively without judgement. I don’t know how it happened…

Happy early birthday!! 😀
I have a hard time admitting my age. I force myself to but it always kind of sticks in my throat. That’s something I need to work on next…
