Another milestone run today. At 6.84 miles I can now say I have run my farthest distance. I ran 10k and walked 5 minutes both before and after. I am really tired. My legs hurt. And I am ravenous. But I did it! I feel great, otherwise. This is a very challenging distance for me.…
