Okay, I admit it. I am a fan of Madonna. I downloaded her recent album, Confessions on a Dance floor, the other day and I LOVE IT. I downloaded the deluxe version with the video of “Hung Up” included. I love the video. Dude. and she is almost 50 now? amazing.

I was just seaming a sweater and listening to the album and tears came to my eyes, for some reason. There is something tragic about the songs on the album. I don’t know what it is about it. It’s good, but slightly tragic and sad. Maybe it’s because of where I’m at right now, living in Spokane, in this freezing weather, stuck inside, missing Sunny California, and feeling kind of sad. But the album, while I love it, kind of has, and will probably always have for me, a kind of sad vibe to it.
