I think this needs to be my mantra. I need to remember to just chill out and feel, rather than react.
That’s a great mantra. I should try to do the same thing. It’s really hard to just acknowledge feelings and not react.

It’s so hard! It’s almost impossible for me sometimes. I am a chronic freak-out-er. I so easily fly off the handle. But I’m working on it. 🙂
